Home Selling Process

Complimentary Consultation

We offer in-person, video call, and phone consultations. We will discuss your timeline, explain the listing process, and answer any questions that you have. We will also put together a CMA (comparative market analysis) for your home.

Photos, Flyers & Virtual Tours

Photos, flyers, and a professional virtual tour of your home will be created. All showings will be by appointment only and we will also host open houses to increase your homes exposure.

Reviewing Offers

We will review all offers that we receive with you and go over their pros and cons. You will be able to review and sign documents electronically from any location with internet access.

Title, Escrow & Closing

Title and escrow will work with you to complete the transaction. Don't worry, we will still be there every step of the way to answer any questions that you have. Escrow documents can be signed in-office or with a mobile notary at a location of your choosing.

Markets don't just change monthly, they change daily in many instances. As new listings come on the market and others sell, the supply/demand ratio changes and your price may need to be adjusted. We provide you with regular market updates to keep you in the loop.

Contract Negotiations

We do the marketing and property valuation process well, and that means you'll be seeing a buyer submit an offer soon! We are with you every step of the way and will work with you to get the top price possible with the fewest concessions and contingencies.

Inspection & Repair Negotiations

The negotiations rarely end with the price. Once a buyer completes their inspection, they often object to things discovered and request corrective action at the expense of the seller. We're here to work with you and negotiate of your behalf every step of the way!

Contract to Closing Process

There are more than 50 tasks, objectives, and deliveries involved in taking seller side transactions from contract through a successful closing. We're on top of all of them to make sure you close the transaction stress-free.
