We offer in-person, video, or phone consultations to fit your schedule. We'll discuss your timeline, the listing process, answer questions, and provide a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).

Reviewing Offers

We’ll review each offer with you, outlining the pros and cons to help you make informed decisions. All documents can be securely reviewed and signed electronically—anytime, anywhere with internet access.

Professional Marketing

Photos and marketing flyers will be created to showcase your home at its best. In addition, we will host open houses to maximize exposure and attract a wider pool of potential buyers.

Title, Escrow & Closing

Title and escrow will coordinate the final steps of your transaction, and we’ll be by your side throughout the process to answer any questions. Escrow documents can be signed at their office or with a mobile notary at a location that’s convenient for you.

We do the marketing and property valuation process well, and that means you'll be seeing a buyer submit an offer soon! We are with you every step of the way and will work with you to get the top price possible with the fewest concessions and contingencies.

Inspection & Repair Negotiations

The negotiations rarely end with the price. Once a buyer completes their inspection, they often object to things discovered and request corrective action at the expense of the seller. We're here to work with you and negotiate of your behalf every step of the way!

Contract to Closing Process

There are more than 50 tasks, objectives, and deliveries involved in taking seller side transactions from contract through a successful closing. We're on top of all of them to make sure you close the transaction stress-free.
